PCR dNTP mix is a water solution containing ultrapure mixture of each of the four dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), pH 7.5.
Technical data
Storage
- Store at temperature 20 ± 5oC. Material can be repeatedly defrosted.
Concentration
- 10 mM dATP, 10 mM dCTP, 10 mM dGTP a 10 mM dTTP.
Packaging
- 0.5 ml plastic tube containing 100 μl PCR dNTP mix.
Quality control
- Each batch of the nucleotide mixture is tested for its performance in PCR and RT-PCR.
