PCR loading buffer Yellow load
Loading buffers are solutions with high density, which facilitate loading of DNA- or RNA-containing solutions into the wells of agarose gel. PCR loading buffer Yellow load contains yellow dye orange G, which migrates in the area of individual nucleotides. For 10 µl of PCR product or other DNA-containing solution, 2 - 3 µl of loading buffer are added.

Technical data
Storage
- Store at temperature 4 ± 3oC.
Packaging
- 1.5 ml in plastic tube with screw cap.
Quality control
- Each batch of PCR loading buffer Yellow load is tested for its suitability in loading DNA fragments into agarose gel (Cat. No. P045) and electrophoresis.
Loading buffers
DNA marker 155-970 was mixed with PCR loading buffer (1, 6), uncolored loading buffer (2), Yellow load (3), Read load (4) and Loading buffer Edge (5). DNA fragments were separated in 1% agarose gel in 0.5% TBE buffer.
A Gel was stained with ethidium bromide (0.1 μg/ml) and picture was taken under UV light.
B Picture of the same gel was taken under visible light. The picture shows that although dyes exhibit different mobility in the agarose gel, mobility of the DNA fragments remains the same.
