- Store at temperature 4 ± 3oC.

- 1 ml in plastic tube with screw cap.
Quality control
- Each batch of PCR ethidium bromide is tested for its ability to visualize DNA fragments by electrophoresis in PCR agarose gel (Cat. No. P045). The final concentration of ethidium bromide in gel is usually 0.5 µg/ml.
